TRAIL AND ULTRA
With the South Downs National Park at our doorstep, Worthing Harriers have been training on the local hills and trails since we began in 1927. The recent growth in popularity of trail and ultra-distance running has opened up opportunities to compete, and Harriers can now be found competing year-round and world-wide on mountain ultra-marathons and fell races.

“Worthing Harriers is a great club to help with personal self-development, as well as being a part of a friendly and supportive community.”
